For the past 5years Diaz beach/Diaz Hotel has been hosting the Summersun Festival. It was known to feature entertainment such as artist’s performing, beauty comps & dancers during the day which attracted thousands and recently, a little night entertainment in the evenings over December peak time.

 

Diaz, over the years, was also well known for its exceptional New Year’s Eve with everyone marching from all corners to watch the fireworks at midnight.

In the past, huge parties on the beach were a part of this celebration but they were stopped, and only recently the NYE "actual" Party event was re-born!

 

When we were given this opportunity we felt Diaz has never truly reached its full potential!

 

It was time for a new brand & image to be born and in doing so also taking the entertainment level, during the day & night + NYE, to where it is supposed to be!

 

Diaz Summerfest was born!

 

In 2013 from 16-31 December, Diaz Summerfest will host the biggest & most entertaining summer campaign to hit this whole area! (Klein/Grootbrak, Hartenbos, Diaz, Mossel bay & Dana bay etc)
