After serving as CEO of Colliers Oursourcing Services (Pty) Ltd. from 2003 to 2008, John joined Bocal Africa and was appointed Managing Director of the company. John has been serving as Chairman since 2013.

Donald joined Bocal Africa in 2007 where he headed up the Projects division until 2009 and was appointed General Manager in the same year. From 2010 to 2013, Donald served as Operations Director and was then appointed Managing Director in 2013.

Charl joined Bocal Africa in 2014 and is responsible for sales and new business development.

Sakhi Xaba
Sakhi has been with Bocal Africa since 2011 where he started as a junior technician. Gaining vast knowledge and experience since then, Sakhi now heads up the technical department.

Jillian Tivers
Jillian is the second longest serving employee here at Bocal Africa. She joined the company in 2006 and deals with all admimistration matters.
